These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms or the Service should first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim before a competent court at our place of domicile. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the applicable law grants you that right.
